The space

Adjacent to the entrance area is the dining area, which has direct access to a large terrace with its own external dining facilities where one can relax in the afternoon or have a view of the beautifully lit swimming pool during the evening. Located on the ground level are also an air conditioned double bedroom with ample built-in storage space, a WC/shower room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine/dishwasher, and has its own veranda with an outdoor dining area overlooking the rear lawn garden.
The remaining three bedrooms are all air conditioned and located on the second level. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite bathroom, built-in storage space and a large private veranda with accompanying outdoor furniture and magnificent view of the sea making it a true sanctuary. The two remaining double bedrooms share a bathroom and a veranda, have their own built-in storage space and provide rear garden and/or sea views.

The neighborhood
The property is situated in Kosta, approximately 5km away from Porto Heli, a small seaside resort town located in Argolis, which is one of the Greek regional units of the Peloponnese. Porto Heli, approximately 200 km away from Athens on mainland Greece, is built close to the ancient city of Halieis and has become one of the most popular places of vacation. The town offers a wide range of amenities such as super markets, restaurants, bars and local shops and combines a vibrant night life with summer activities such as jet skiing, water skiing, sailing and scuba diving. The entire coastline adjacent to Porto Heli, including the areas of Kosta and Agios Emilianos, comprises a string of small natural ports, a natural beauty blending green and blue, with exquisitely clean turquoise waters, sandy beaches and a mild Mediterranean climate, features which have rightfully earned it the name Greek Riviera.
Daily trips can be made to historic Nafplio, the first Capital of the Greek Republic, its castle Bourtzi and the old town with its picturesque streets and small shops and cafes. Further daily excursions can lead one to Epidaurus, with its ancient theatre known for its exceptional acoustics, or to the historic islands of Spetses and Hydra.
